Welcome to NB's Cocktail Bar & Club. By visiting our venue, using our website, or participating in the Wild Card loyalty program, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Age Policy & Identification (Challenge 25)

NB's operates a strict 18+ and Challenge 25 policy across all club sessions and bar operating hours. Valid government-issued photographic identification (passport, UK photocard driving licence, or PASS accredited card) is required for entry. Management and door staff reserve the right to refuse entry if valid ID is not provided.

2. Admission, Dress Code & Conduct

• We operate a smart-casual dress code. Tracksuits, gym sportswear, and inappropriate attire may lead to refusal of admission.
• Management and door supervisors reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual exhibiting disorderly, aggressive, or intoxicated behaviour without explanation or refund.
• All patrons are subject to voluntary security searches upon entry to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.

3. Bookings, VIP Booths & Cancellations

• Enquiries made through this website are subject to availability and formal confirmation from our team.
• Deposits or pre-paid booth bookings may be non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the reservation time, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Arriving more than 20 minutes late without notification may result in booth release to waitlisted guests.

4. NB's Wild Card Loyalty Program

• The Wild Card offers member pricing and drink promotions as advertised at the venue.
• Promotional drink prices and discounts are subject to change without prior notice and may be adjusted during special themed events or bank holiday sessions.
• Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual.

5. Website Intellectual Property & Content

All logos, imagery, menus, graphics, and video material displayed on this website are the property of NB's Cocktail Bar & Club or its licensors and are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
